Heather Lochner

Throughout her career, Heather has worn many different hats; from media spokesperson to travel journalist. For over ten years she worked as a Corporate Communications Specialist for various companies and non-profits in Vancouver; handling all aspects of media relations, written communications, internal communications and crisis management.

After the birth of her first child, Heather chose to take a few years off and spend time raising her son and two years later, daughter. During this time, Heather began using social media and freelance writing; penning articles on parenting, traveling and boating (Heather and her family lived year-round on a 49’ sailboat while living in Vancouver). She wrote for both Canadian and American publications, websites and blogs.

In 2010, Heather and her family left the West Coast and headed east to her childhood hometown, Toronto. She is happy to be back in Toronto, close to family and living in a house. Heather is thrilled to have joined the Impressions PR team, using her expertise in PR and social media to help companies grow.

Heather loves spending time with her husband, two young children and dog. She always has an eye out for the next perfect boat.
