Alison Burke

President

Before entering the world of public relations, Alison Burke worked at the CBC as a Reporter and Producer. Her journalism background helped her land a position at a boutique PR agency where she was quickly promoted to an account management position. To round out her skills, Alison moved to the non-profit sector and worked as Manager of Marketing and Communications at Willow Breast Cancer Support Canada. While at Willow, Alison came to understand that many companies and non-profits could not afford the large fees often associated with public relations, yet these were the very same organizations that could often benefit most from self-promotion.

Alison decided to create a full-service, boutique firm that offers personal client care and designs unique and creative campaigns. Alison and her team at Impressions PR have secured coverage in every major Canadian market, and have made personal connections with media and social media personalities at both large and small media outlets.

Alison is a mom to two terrific young boys and wife to a supportive and amazing husband.
